An Alabama man is accused of allegedly recording child pornography by using a hidden video camera to record his girlfriend's minor daughter in her bedroom. After receiving a tip, Cullman County investigators were able to get a search warrant and found video evidence to make the charge.

The Opelika, Alabama Police Department has charged Kristen Jermaine Dowdell. 31, with aggravated criminal surveillance and production of pornography with minors.
