20 Year old Vincent Kane of Delaware County, Pennsylvania was found guilty of taking more than 51,000 images of women and girls in public restrooms and other locations. The Villanova student was convicted on all charges, including invasion of privacy and child pornography.
Police stated that the images found included upskirt videos from a CVS Pharmacy on West Chester Pike in Broomall. District Attorney Jack Whelan stated that, “He would place the phone underneath where the candy typically is stored. It is very hard to see, but the camera would be focused on ladies that were wearing skirts.” He was arrested last year when a hidden cell phone was found recording in a Villanova bathroom.
Police authorities stated that a search of Kane’s home revealed a hard drive with more than 51,000 videos and images.
Just because a person or agency promotes bug sweeps on their website it doesn’t mean they either have the right equipment, training or experience. Most professional TSCM technicians use more than $150,000 worth of sophisticated electronic bug detection equipment. That’s why you need to know what questions to ask to identify true professional TSCM technicians and weed out private investigators with spy shop gear.
